Data Deletion Instructions

How to submit a request

1. Email hi@weight-wave.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Write from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.
3. Include your name, organization or workspace name, the Weight Wave product you use, and whether you want specific project data or your full account deleted.
4. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

Verification and timing

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and authority over the account. After verification, we aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been processed.

What deletion covers

Depending on your request, deletion may include account profile information, campaign briefs, uploaded materials, search criteria, saved creator records, notes, and other project content associated with your account. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

YouTube and Google data

YouTube API Data associated with deleted projects or accounts will be deleted or de-identified from active systems, subject to applicable YouTube API policies and limited backup retention. If you authorized a Google account, you may also revoke access directly through Google’s security settings.
