Terms of Service

1. Our services
Weight Wave develops AI-powered software products, including tools for AI agent collaboration, creator discovery, productivity, and workflow automation. Features may change as our products develop. Certain products or features may be offered as a private beta, preview, or invitation-only service.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use our services only for lawful business or professional purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; use the services to facilitate spam, harassment, deception, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance; submit material you do not have a right to use; or use automated access in a manner that exceeds documented limits.
4. Third-party services and content
Our products may integrate with third-party services, including YouTube API Services and AI model providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. YouTube-related features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated recommendations and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising independent judgment before relying on them. Creator matches, scores, and recommendations generated by Weight Wave are independent outputs and are not endorsed by YouTube or another third-party platform.
6. Your content
You retain rights in materials you submit. You grant Weight Wave a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and use those materials only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable product agreement.
7. Weight Wave intellectual property
The services, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Weight Wave or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, material breach, or misuse. You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion according to our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Weight Wave disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weight Wave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
