Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
1. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication records; product inputs, such as campaign briefs, search criteria, uploaded files, creator lists, notes, and feedback; usage and technical data, such as logs, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, feature activity, and error reports; and communications you send to us.
2. YouTube API Services
WonderAgent may use YouTube API Services to retrieve publicly available YouTube data. Depending on the feature, this may include channel identifiers and names, channel descriptions and thumbnails, subscriber and view counts, video identifiers, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publication dates, engagement statistics, public search results, and public comments.
Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. By using features that incorporate YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our products; process creator discovery and evaluation workflows; organize project records; generate recommendations and independently derived insights; secure, monitor, and troubleshoot our services; communicate with users; and comply with applicable law.
Scores, classifications, recommendations, and other derived metrics displayed by Weight Wave are generated independently by Weight Wave and are not metrics supplied or endorsed by YouTube.
4. Data retention, refresh, and deletion
We retain account and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. YouTube API Data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days unless a different retention period is expressly permitted under YouTube’s policies or approved for our use case. Where permitted, certain publicly available statistics and independently derived metrics may be retained for historical analysis for up to 36 months.
When data is deleted or access is revoked, we remove or de-identify applicable information from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to security backups and legal retention obligations. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
5. How we share information
We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, customer support, and other services on our behalf; with professional advisers; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or YouTube API Data.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Weight Wave is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If a Weight Wave product later allows you to connect a Google account, you may revoke that access through Google’s security settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete all information already stored by us; you may separately request deletion.
8. Children
Our services are designed for businesses and working professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
